POTATO AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 c. sliced raw potatoes
1 c. cooked chicken, cut in chunks
1/4 c. chopped chives
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
Potato chips

Grease 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Arrange alternate layers of potatoes and chicken. Add salt, pepper and flour. Melt butter. Add soup and milk. Heat until blended. Pour soup mixture over other ingredients. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake 45 minutes. Remove cover and bake 15-30 minutes longer. Serves 6.
