POTATO AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. sliced raw potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. frozen peas
2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. cream of chicken soup, diluted with 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter

Grease casserole dish with butter. (Spray with Pam). Alternate layers of potatoes and peas with chicken. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour. Melt butter and add soup. Pour over ingredients. Top with crumbs that have been seasoned with poultry or sage (You can use the canned bread crumbs that are already seasoned). Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes longer.
