CREAM CHICKEN POTATO CASSEROLE 
Cooked chicken
1 green pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
Potatoes, sliced
1/2 sm. onion
Broth from cooked chicken

Put layer of cooked chicken and layer of thick sliced potatoes in greased casserole. Dice 1 green pepper and 1/2 small onion. Cook and add to can of cream of chicken soup and broth from chicken. Pour over the above. Bake in oven 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with cooked asparagus or steamed broccoli.
