CHERRY CHEESE PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 graham pie crust
1 can cherry pie filling (Use "Thank You" brand of pie filling)

Soften cream cheese at room temperature. Beat cheese at high speed until smooth. Add milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Continue to beat until smooth. Pour mixture into graham crust and top with cherries. Chill until set.
