ITALIAN SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. Italian sausage
2 eggs, beaten
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Remove sausage from casing and saute until thoroughly browned. Cool completely and drain well. Mix crumbled sausage, eggs and Parmesan cheese; set aside. Roll bread out onto a floured surface, rolling to 1/8" thickness. Spread sausage mixture on dough and roll up as a jelly roll. Place on a greased cookie sheet in a horseshoe shape. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
