SALISBURY STEAK | |
1 can golden mushroom soup 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/4 c. chopped onion Combine 1/4 cup soup with above ingredients; mix well. Make into patties and place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Drain off fat. Combine remaining soup with 1/3 cup water. Pour over patties and bake 10 minutes more. |
