GOLFERS DELIGHT 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
2 pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Mix flour, butter and nuts in large Pyrex dish and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese, sugar and 1/2 carton Cool Whip. Pour on crust. Mix chocolate pudding with milk and pour over cream cheese mixture, add remaining Cool Whip on top.
