1/2 lb. bacon 1/2 c. chopped onion 46 oz. can tomato juice 1 1/3 c. UNCLE BEN'S® rice Fry bacon and onion together. Mix tomato juice, rice, bacon and onion together in casserole, greased. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees. Season to taste. | |
