BROCCOLI FLORENTINE 
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sauteed
Broccoli
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Cook broccoli until crispy tender. Lay in buttered pan. Season with salt, 1/4 cup chopped onion and 1/4 cup butter. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the cheese. Top with mushrooms and garlic salt. Cover with remaining cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Put a little water in the bottom of pan. Cover to bake. May be prepared the day before.
