MOM'S LEMON BARS 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
4 eggs
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Powdered sugar, sprinkles

Mix butter, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 2 cups flour. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes. With mixer or blender, mix all remaining ingredients except powdered sugar. Pour mixture over crust. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. When done, sprinkle on powdered sugar.
