FRUIT CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. dried apricots
1 pkg. pitted prunes
1 can drained mandarin oranges
1 can undrained pineapple chunks
1 can cherry pie filling
1/2 c. cooking sherry

Arrange in baking dish in order listed. Pour sherry over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or less.
