QUICK STRAWBERRY PIE 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. regular or sugar free strawberry or raspberry gelatin
2 c. boiling water
3-4 c. frozen whole strawberries
1 baked pie shell or graham cracker shell

Mix and dissolve gelatin. Add frozen berries and let set up until partially done. Spoon into shell and refrigerate. Garnish and whip topping at serving time.
