LADY BIRD JOHNSON PIE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg miniature marshmallows
2 tbsp. juice from fruit
2 cups frozen or fresh strawberries or raspberries
sugar, to taste
1 cup whipping cream
Baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust

Put marshmallows in double boiler and add the fruit juice. Cook until the marshmallows are dissolved. Add berries and mix thoroughly. Chill for 2 hours.

Fold in whipped cream and pour into pastry shell. Chill for 4 hours or until firm.
