MOCK BERRY PIE 
4 or 5 lg. ripe tomatoes
1/3 c. sugar
1 pack strawberry or raspberry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 pre-baked 9 inch pie shell
Topping (whipped cream or Cool Whip

Peel and chop tomatoes, measure to make 2 cups. Stir sugar into tomatoes until dissolved and chill.

In a medium bowl, pour 1 cup boiling water over gelatin, stir to dissolve. Stir chilled tomatoes into gelatin. Pour into pie shell. Chill in refrigerator until set. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
