BEEF ROAST 
1 roast (5 to 6 lbs.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Pepper
Flour
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 soup cans water

Pepper and flour roast lightly. Put cooking oil in bottom of roaster. Place roast in roaster and sprinkle onion soup mix over roast. Pour mushroom soup over this. Over this, add water and cover. Bake at 350 degrees until tender.
