CHICKEN OR TURKEY VEGETABLE SOUP 
Broth from cooked chicken or turkey
Chopped onion
A can of mixed vegetables or leftover vegetables in refrigerator
Bits and pieces of poultry
Either rice or noodles

(Like peas, a couple carrots that are peeled and sliced, sliced stalk of celery and any other appropriate vegetables).

Refrigerate broth until grease rises to top and hardens. Peel off and throw away. Place broth in saucepan. Add water if necessary. Add vegetables and simmer until done. Add rice or noodles last and cook until done. Salt and pepper to taste.
