OL MAN JUDDS CHILI CHEESEBURGER 
2/3 lb. rolled into 2 balls and pressed into patty shapes and fried to ur liken
4 cups heated chili (any kind)
1 medium onion, diced
2 cups shredded Pepper Jack cheese
2 large hamburger buns, toasted (slice bottoms in halves)
2/3 lb. ground chuck separated into 2 even balls, shaped into squares and fried till done rest 5 minutes
14 slices thickly cut bacon, cooked and drained on a paper towel
4 slices cheese
4 slices tomato
4 leaves iceberg (or other) lettuce
1 large onion sweated to a caramel color in butter with a pinch of garlic powder
6 slices Texas toast, toasted
8 bamboo skewers
mayonnaise
2 servings of French Fries

Stack it like this:

Toast/mayo/burger/cheese/3 slices bacon/onions/toast/mayo/4 slices bacon 2 leaves of lettuce/ 2 slices tomato/last slice of Texas toast mayonnaise side down. Insert skewers on the flat side of the toast about 1-1/2 inches in, then cut corner to corner and lay pointed-side-up on the edges of the plate. Fill the center with fries and serve.

This makes 2 burgers.
