PEANUT BUTTER CUPS 
FILLING:

3/4 c. chunky peanut butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar

COATING:

1/2 c. chocolate chips
2/3 c. chunky peanut butter
9 oz. chocolate candy coating
Miniature paper baking cups (1 inch diameter)

Mix filling ingredients together. Refrigerate for easier handling. Shape into small balls. Melt together chocolate chips and candy coating. Stir in peanut butter. Place 1/2 teaspoon of chocolate mixture in baking cup. Top with peanut butter ball. Fill baking cup with more chocolate mixture. Refrigerate until set. Makes 6 dozen.
