HOT BACON AND POTATO SALAD 
4 slices raw chopped bacon, fry light brown
1 chopped onion, fry light brown
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 c. cold, diced cooked potatoes
Fresh parsley, cut up

Cut bacon fine and fry light brown, add onion, fry light brown. Add the following. Combine sugar, salt, water and vinegar and simmer for 5 minutes. Add cold potatoes and parsley; heat thoroughly and serve.
