SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
1/2 c. softened butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in vanilla. Add combined dry ingredients alternately with sour cream mixing well after each addition. In another small bowl combine nuts, sugar and cinnamon; mix lightly. Pour half the batter into greased 10" tube pan. Sprinkle with half the topping mix. Repeat layers.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.
