TROPICAL FRUIT CAKE 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. all - purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. sugar

Mix pineapple, eggs and sugar; add dry ingredients and mix well. Cook in preheated 350 degree oven 35 to 40 minutes, in 13 x 9 inch greased and floured pan. Frost with 2 cups powdered sugar, 8 ounces cream cheese and 1 stick melted butter, blended. Frost cake while still hot.
