3/4 c. Crisco
1/2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello (any flavor)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs, Jello, vanilla and dry ingredients. Roll in small balls and roll in sugar. Flatten with a glass. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
