ZUCCHINI WITH SOUR CREAM SAUCE 
1 lb. zucchini
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Juice of 1 lemon

Cut zucchini into thin slices. Do not peel. Cook 5 minutes in small amount of boiling, salted water. Do not over cook! Mix sour cream, butter, sugar and lemon juice. Heat just to boiling and pour over drained zucchini and serve.
