CAJUN SHRIMP 
5-6 lbs. shrimp, unpeeled and uncooked
2 sticks butter, melted
2 sticks butter, melted
3-4 oz. (3/8 - 1/2 c.) Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. rosemary
2 tbsp. Tabasco (or Louisiana type hot sauce)
2 tbsp. salt
3 cloves garlic
2 juiced lemons (i.e. juice from 2 lemons)
2 sliced lemons

Mix all of the ingredients except the shrimp and lemon slices. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Pour 1/2 of the liquid in bottom of pan (Corning-Ware type). Layer shrimp and lemon slices. Pour rest of sauce over shrimp. Bake uncovered 15-20 minutes. Peel and enjoy with French or Italian bread and a green salad.
