HOT CAJUN SHRIMP 
2 qts. water or to cover shrimp
3 tbsp. chili powder
3 tbsp. salt
Shrimp boil spices or 1 tbsp. of liquid boil
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1 onion cubed or sliced
2 lbs. shrimp and shell on

Bring spices and water to boil. Drop shrimp and onion into solution and cook 3 minutes medium 30 to 40 count shrimp. Until shell becomes clear. Dump into colander and serve hot with Red sauce.
