CHINESE CHICKEN LUNCHEON DISH | |
3 chicken breasts or thighs, cooked and diced 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 can chop suey vegetables 1 can water chestnuts, cut up 1 can Chinese noodles 1 c. celery, chopped 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. lemon juice Cashew nuts Combine ingredients in order listed. Place in 9x13 inch pan and cover with cashew nuts. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
