CHICKEN LUNCHEON DISH 
2 c. cooked diced chicken
1 c. chopped celery
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. onion or onion flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. crushed buttered corn flakes
1/3 c. slivered almonds

Combine all but corn flakes and almonds, bake in buttered casserole dish at 375 degrees for 25 or 30 minutes. Sprinkle corn flakes and almonds on top before baking.
