BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE 
2 graham cracker crumbs, or 1 large
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 can blueberry pie filling
1 extra lg. Cool Whip

Cream together cream cheese and confectioners sugar. Add Cool Whip. Pour into pie shells. Round out a well in the middle of cream cheese mixture and pour in blueberry pie filling. Chill.
