BLUEBERRY CHEESE CAKE | |
Vanilla wafer or graham cracker crust 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed 1 can blueberry pie filling or cherry pie filling, if desired Blend softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla. Mix in Cool Whip. Mix well. Pour into crust. Top with pie filling and chill. Serves 8. |
