BLUE CHEESE CAKE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. crushed cheesit crackers
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. picante sauce (or more)
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Butter 8 inch spring form pan. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on bottom and sides. Blend all other ingredients together except walnuts. Pour mixture into pan. Sprinkle with walnuts. Bake 1 hour and cool and chill overnight. Garnish with parsley and additional onions. Serve at room temperature on crackers etc.
