PECAN PIE 
Have ready a 9" pastry crust. (May be a bought one cooked by instructions.)

3/4 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. dark corn syrup
2 eggs
1/2 c. Pet evaporated milk
1 c. (or more) pecans
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Mix in bowl, the sugar, flour and salt; stir in the corn syrup. Beat the eggs in one at a time. Add the milk, pecans and vanilla. Pour into (prepared according to instructions) pie crust. Bake 50 minutes or until firm, at 375 degrees. Double it for two.
