MARINATED FLANK STEAK | |
Marinade: (enough for 3 lbs. meat): 1 1/2 tsp. ginger 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. garlic salt 3 tbsp. brown sugar 1 sm. bottle (12 tbsp.) Soy Sauce Poke holes in flank steak with fork and sprinkle with Adolph's meat tenderizer. Let stand for 1/2 hour. Pour marinade over steak and add water to cover. Let stand for 4 hours. Cook over hot coals or broil. Allow 1/2 pound per person. |
