1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. Moist Mincemeat
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Sift dry ingredients together. Cream shortening with sugar and egg; beat well. Add mincemeat, vanilla and flour mixture. Mix until well blended. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake in hot oven 10-12 minutes.
