MEXICAN SALAD 
1 lb. hamburger
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cheese soup
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 pkg. enchilada seasoning
Lettuce
Olives
Corn chips
Tomatoes
Chopped onion
Sour cream
Shredded cheese

Brown hamburger; season with salt and pepper, chili powder and enchilada seasoning. Drain meat and stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer a few minutes and pour over lettuce, olives, crushed corn, chips, tomatoes, chopped onion and whatever else is in the refrigerator. Garnish with sour cream or taco sauce. Part of the meat sauce can be frozen to be used next time.
