3 c. rolled oats 1 c. wheat germ 1 c. toasted sunflower seeds 3/4 c. toasted sesame seeds 1/4 c. soy flour/powder 1 c. brown sugar mixed with 1/2 c. water OR 3/4 c. honey 1/2 c. oil 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. vanilla 3/4 c. coconut 1/2 to 1 c. cashews/almonds Mix all ingredients. Toast in 350 degree oven on 2 cookie sheets for about 20 minutes or until golden. Turn often with spatula so it browns evenly. Store in airtight container. |
