FLAN 
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
4 eggs

SAUCE:

1-2 c. sugar

Melt the sugar in a skillet at low heat. When sugar is all melted place it on the bottom and sides of the mold (it will harden). Pour the flan mixture into the mold. Cover the mold with foil (tie it tightly). Put mold into pressure cooker with a little water, cook for 30 to 35 minutes. When done, let it cool completely. When cool, turn mold over onto a plate.
