FLAN 
1 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
Few drops of lemon juice
1 can evaporated milk
1 can of water
1 can condensed milk
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat sugar and lemon in saucepan on high. Stir until caramelized. Quickly pour into mold (casserole or pie pan), coating sides with sugar. Gently stir together remaining ingredients and pour through colander into mold.

Set mold in pan with 1 inch of water. Bake at 350 degrees until knife comes out clean. Let cool. Unmold immediately before serving.
