FLAN PUDDING | |
6 eggs 200 grams of sugar 1 grated lemon peel 1/2 liter of milk 200 grams sugar, for caramel topping Boil milk and grated lemon peel for 5 minutes. Cool milk. After milk is cooled, mix in eggs. Beat well. Add sugar. In separate pan, add additional sugar and heat until melted and browned. Add browned sugar to bottom of bundt cake pan or similar. Add other ingredients on top and cook in water pan inside oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool and turn over on plate to let pudding fall. |
