PUMPKIN PIE 
1 (9") pie crust
1 3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can pumpkin
1 tbsp. butter
Pecan halves (optional)

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Make pie crust. Combine sugars, spices and pumpkin. Blend with milk and butter. Cook on top of stove to thicken. Add beaten eggs. When thick, put in pie crust. Place in oven 30 minutes or until done.
