CABBAGE BURGER BALLS 
Cabbage (outside leaves)
2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (#2) can tomatoes
2 tsp. vinegar

Take big leaves on the outside. Mix hamburger, rice, onion and seasoning together. Make into balls and put in a cabbage leave and pin with toothpick or string. Put in pan and pour tomatoes over. Cook 1 hour covered. Add vinegar when half done.
