PEANUT BUTTER FINGERS 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 egg, unbeaten
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. quick rolled oats
1 c. flour

TOPPING:

3/4 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 c. peanut butter
4 tbsp. milk

Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar. Blend in egg, peanut butter, salt, soda and vanilla. Stir in oats and flour. Press lightly in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Cover with cookie sheet until they melt. Then spread evenly. Cool. Mix topping ingredients and spread over cooled chocolate. Let set. Cut in 1 x 2 inch bars.
