BETTY'S FAMOUS ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
4 c. flour

Combine all ingredients and let stand overnight. In morning, butter fingers and divide dough into 3 parts. Knead 3 parts separately with flour on floured waxed paper. Roll out like a pie crust. Cut into 8 equal sections like a pie. Roll wide part into skinny part like a crescent roll. Put rolls on cookie sheet and let rise for 4-5 hours. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Great for Thanksgiving.
