1 stick melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 pkg. yellow cake mix

GROUP 2:
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) pkg. confectioners' sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine the ingredients in Group 1 and press in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup pecans on batter. Combine the ingredients in Group 2 and pour on top of the pecans. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.

Note: This freezes well.
