BRUNSWICK STEW 
3 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into 1 1/2 x 1 inch pieces
1/4 lb. sliced cooked bbq pork or smoked sausage
1 c. canned or frozen corn
1 c. green baby lima beans
1 c. chopped seeded tomatoes (canned tomatoes are ok)
2 cans chicken broth
1/3 c. barbecue sauce

Heat all ingredients together in a large pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 35 to 45 minutes. This dish is especially good if made ahead and reheated.
