BRUNSWICK STEW 
8 lbs. dry lima beans
8 cans green butter beans
8 cans white shoe peg corn
4 bottles catsup
40 lbs. potatoes
4 gal. tomatoes
4 lg. hens
8 lbs. pork
8 lbs. beef
15 lbs. onions
Season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar & hot sauce

Cook until thick being careful not to scorch. Makes 50 to 60 quarts. (It takes a very, very big pot to cook it in.)
