POPPYSEED CHICKEN 
4 to 6 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 tbsp. poppy seed
2 stalks of Ritz or Townhouse crackers, (buttery type taste best), crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Boil chicken, debone and cut into bite-size pieces. Mix soup, sour cream and poppy seed together. Add chicken to this mixture. Put into casserole dish. Crumble crackers, mix melted butter with crackers. Cover chicken with crackers evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Enjoy!
