LAMB BURGERS | |
1 lb. ground lamb 1 sm. onion, chopped 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs 1/3 c. finely snipped dried apricots 1 egg, beaten 2 tsp. curry powder Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into 6 patties. Pan fry about 10 minutes. (5 minutes each side). Serve with chutney, plain yogurt, sliced cucumbers. |
