CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, thawed and well drained
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 c. milk
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
3 whole chicken breasts, split, cooked and boned
1/4 c. sliced almonds
Paprika

Parboil broccoli and drain well. Melt butter on low heat. Stir in flour and seasonings. Cook until smooth stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir one minute. Add cheese; stir until melted.

Place broccoli in buttered 2 quart shallow baking dish; cover with 1/2 cheese sauce, chicken and remaining sauce. Sprinkle with nuts and paprika. Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. 6 servings.
