CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 lg. bunch, steamed and drained
1/4 c. butter
6 tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. whipping cream
3 tbsp. dry white wine
3 chicken breasts, halved and cooked
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook broccoli using package directions; drain. Melt butter; blend in flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash pepper. Add broth; cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Stir in wine and cream. Place broccoli lengthwise in 12 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish. Pour half the sauce over. Top with boned chicken. To remaining sauce add cheese. Pour over chicken; sprinkle with additional Parmesan. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Broil 5 minutes until sauce is golden brown.
