CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1/4 c. butter
6 tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. half & half
3 tbsp. dry white wine
6 deboned chicken breast, cooked
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook broccoli; drain. Melt butter, blend in flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper. Add chicken broth; cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles. Stir in cream, wine and cheese.

Place broccoli in baking dish. Top with chicken breast; pour sauce over all. Sprinkle with additional cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Then broil until sauce is golden, approximately 5 minutes. Serve with rice or pasta.
